Special Circumstances

When there are special situations, this preparation could be extended a couple of weeks to give us time to revise your special situation.

Special situations include the following:

Parents and/or Godparents are:

    Not active Catholics.

living in civil marriage (not married by the Catholic Church).

    living in common-law (cohabiting) marriage.

    Single parents.

Child is 3 years or older.

Frequently these special cases reflect painful situations. We ask you in the hope for comfort and healing that you make an appointment with Father Greg to discuss the situation.
